I'll miss Rusev. Really funny performer and a great in-ring worker.

I was there in Pittsburgh at the Rumble where Rusev debuted. It was the same match where CM Punk had his last match in WWE -- getting unceremoniously thrown out of the ring by "Corporate Kane," who was hiding in the corner for that spot for what seemed like 30 minutes. It was hilarious to watch.

 

It's amazing to think just how long Heath was under a WWE contract, and ALL the stories, gimmicks, reboots he battled through. He even predates the FCW era, going back to the old Deep South days. One of those deep cuts on the WWE Network has him wrestling a match with a young up-and-comer from Canada, who didn't last long in the company.

It was Kenny Omega.

 

Gotta feel sorry for Sarah Logan. Of all the cuts, she was the only female wrestler. Even frickin' Tamina is still employed.

 

And theyre keeping Logan’s husband. Hows that supposed to go over? I know they cant really consider all that but its just another thing on the “bad look” pile.

rusev should be on top of aew within a year. He’s money.

 

Presuming they're still together legitimately, gotta believe Lana won't be much longer either, as soon as they resolve that stupid angle with Lashley.

 

Even dumber, she and No Way Jose had to work Monday’s Raw, and then they get fired.

 

Yeah. Mentioned that in an earlier post. Other than Drake and Heath, most of the cuts have seemed to take things in stride, at least publicly.

Especially love the Kanellises and Hurricane.

Hagar needs to work on his cardio and learning more than four moves.

 

Cracked up with JR saying, “it’s an empty arena, why are there steel chairs there?” And commentating that the chair is going to get a payoff.

 

Wait so the cruiserweight tournament is a round robin.... so Drake, released today, is having 3 more matches?!? Da fuck?

 

He mentioned that in his emotional tweet. Have the matches been taped? If not, I hope they gave him a little something extra on his way out the door.
