    No, the thing is … they don’t have a problem with profound ignorance about COVID-19. They prefer it. They just have a problem when others present actual facts that shatter their propaganda to bits.

    Virginia's gov has said he's been in close contact with Maryland, D.C. and North Carolina governments in making his decisions. Strangely did not mention West Virginia, however. That's a pretty big border, even if the caseload in the western part of the state is pretty small right now.

    In that group, there are a couple of possible pairings of two contiguous states, but that's it. Two is the max.
    I don't see the governors of other SEC states making a deal with Louisiana.
