President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

Just watched the rerun of SNL from Feb. 29 (leap year!).

February 29. Had to start writing Feb. 25. Half the jokes about coronavirus.

Apparently SNL had more information than the president. Or gave a flying fuck rather than the impotent POS in the White House.

Trump is un-fucking-forgivable.

Also, Michael Che included a bit about his grandmother. She’s dead now of coronavirus.

Vote accordingly in November.

 

Let’s face facts; the reason that Trump was elected in 2016 was the white educated, suburban voter in Midwest and Penn. Those voters know better now and won’t fall for Trump’s lies. Others not as well educated are showing in recent votes that they won’t believe his lies either. Clocks ticking for Trump pardons because after 1/1/21 they’re gone.

 

I hope you’re right. There’s still millions of stupid voters.

 

Today is the 25th anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing where 168 people lost their lives (149 federal employees, 19 children) due to right-wing anti-government domestic terrorism.

Clearly remember watching the initial coverage in my freshman dorm that morning while getting ready for class.

BTW, Clinton never bragged (publicly at least) of the ratings his speech at the memorial received.

Fatfuck is building up for an excuse to declare war on China.

Not tariffs or economic sanctions. He's itching to push the button on somebody.

Moddy, in June there is a very good chance many European countries will be much freer than us to move around, and in June this thing might be taking over his rural base hospitals.

I would just let the cards play themselves out.

 

I disagree. In the modern era, if you push a fellow superpower to war we will have casualties on our shores.

Rich people do not want to die. That will happen if we go to war with China, so there is zero chance he starts a war. Zero.

Now, can we be the ones attacked? Sure, but he isn't throwing the first punch. He will say stupid shit, but not punch first. He's the bully that does not want to fight.
