We'll see what he says under oath before the Trump Crimes Commission.

That's where Posse Comitatus kicks in, and frankly that's a good thing to a point. Let the (post-Biden-landslide) FBI, various federal security agencies and law enforcement handle it. Big guns blazing aren't always the answer. Let the MAGAs fire the first shot.

Posse Comitatus as I understand it was an act of Congress that can be overturned by a simple majority vote of both houses.

The Dumpf Junta members think that fat daddy Santa Claus is gonna drop federal pardons down their chimneys. They'll get a real shock when they find out nobody not named Trump will get one.

The reason, of course, is if they get a pardon they automatically lose their Fifth Amendment rights and have to spill. If they refuse to spill, they go to jail for 18 months for contempt of court. If they spill falsely, they get perhaps double that for perjury. Pardons aren't complete get-out-of-jail-free cards. So Trump's team will be very judicious in handing out free passes.

A certain Mr. Booth may disagree.
