How 40 percent approve of Trump’s handling of the pandemic is beyond me.

 

Are you new to the USA? Have you not seen the idiots and bumpkins and Real American Patriot Mouthbreathers that surround us?

 

It is amazing. You would think some of his cult members would peel off in the face of his disastrous lack of leadership.

 

Just surprised the last few months haven’t thinned the herd.

I don't know who is in charge of Political Polls, but any polling done that shows Trump having a higher "favorable" opinion rate than Biden makes it immediately suspect.

 

No, it's just a blip because Tara Reade was in the news. Sort of the reverse of Trump's rise when the virus crisis started. Or rather, it's parallel to how Trump's ratings went down over telling people to drink bleach.

 

Forget the 40 percent who like Trump, that 34 percent who like Biden is disheartening.

 

If you click through, all their polling has Biden handily beating Trump.

(And it's a Daily Kos poll, and all the responses are from Bernie Bros going "OMG eLecTable?!?")

 

Yes, this one is an outlier in terms of Biden’s favorability. Most polls have him above 45 or 50 percent.

 

Yeah, that makes sense. Daily Kos needs some handfuls of salt.

Actually my favorite yeah-sure poll recently was the Public Policy Polling having Biden beating Trump in Texas (well within the margin of error). Granted the Dallas Morning News has it as a tie, but Biden getting within 5 in Texas would be a win, forget actually winning.
