I'm hoping to finish the Parscale profile in the March New Yorker before he resigns.

They asked the charges to be dismissed with prejudice. No refile if granted.

It's one of the problems I've always had with federal prosecutions/no prosecutions - they pick and choose who to go after/not go after. Imagine a DA coming in and saying we're making these crimes a priority and these others well, if they're big enough maybe we'll take a look.
Imagine if there was a Death Wish-type movie where a vigilante went after all the well-connected/white collar crooks who get off due to technicalities/a friendly judge.

You just know that Trump is going to absolutely ream that guy. The Death Star? LOL. Unless he's too dumb to get it until someone explains it to him, and then he'll REALLY get reamed.

Here's what I don't get. Biden was in the Senate for 14 years after the alleged incident, served two terms as Vice President, but now Reade is calling on him to step down as the nominee due to what happened? Makes you wonder.

Biden ain't stepping down, and this woman's move from an effort to tell her story in first outlets like Vox, then mainstream media and now heading straight to Fox and such is a huge tell. She has changed her story to be a little more lurid as time has passed. That damages her credibility as a witness, both in law and in the court of public opinion. It's too bad, because the original version, that Biden tolerated an office where women could be hassled back in the day is certainly plausible. Joe's nothing if not a creature of the conventions of whatever time he's been living in.

I honestly would believe her story more if the accusation wasn't literally Biden grabbing her by the pussy.

It's the I'm not the puppet, you're the puppet playbook.
