"Let’s say I committed this crime. Even if I did do this, it would have to have been because I loved her very much, right?”

I don’t necessarily have a problem with that. No ones doing 10 hours on my life, but if they did, there’s a decent chance she’d want no part of it

Seeing the Pippen dunk (and step over) on Ewing was devastating even 25 yrs later. Jordan had a great line about everyone chiming in with negative thoughts about his baseball pursuit, “ those aren’t the people who love me, who care about me”. Words to live by.

And hitting .205 and driving in 51 in AA at age 30 after not playing in 13 yrs is pretty fu**ing amazing. He some bombs too. He was a legit player (not saying MLB).

I watched Jordan in spring training and it was my opinion that if he'd chosen baseball only as a teenager he would certainly have been a major leaguer, but not a big star. So he chose wisely, profession-wise.

Understanding that I am a CPA living in suburban LA, and never even came close to making a documentary, I will say the following:

I would have been completely happy if this series was 100% on court stuff. I turn the channel every single time Tom Rinaldi is doing a tearjerker cancer, Mother's Day or Father's Day piece. But if you are going to spend multiple episodes talking about Jordan's father, and the effect he had on Jordan, and how Jordan felt on Father's Day, and all that other stuff, could you not spend two seconds talking about how Jordan was as a dad? I mean, for pete's sake. We got two seconds of his sons with him in the locker room, while Jordan was doing the 1998 equivalent of looking at his phone.. and two seconds looking at a sign one of his kids wrote, while at the game.

I understand his wife being whitewashed out of this thing like she never existed. But if his father was the most important person in his life, by far, I don't think it is too much to ask to at least get a glimpse of how he was as a father, and if they had any effect on him.

So if baseball doesn't go on strike, does he give it a go in AA (or higher) for a second season? Or had the itch been sufficiently scratched? The doc didn't seem to make that clear, unless I missed something.

It seems like he is too tall, although Aaron Judge is even taller, so perhaps.
