I guess the Amazon delivery is for metropolitan areas.
In my area, if it fits in the mailbox, it comes via USPS. If it's a larger box, UPS drops it off.

 

I'll be kind. You do know that DSD does that frequently as a way to mock Trumpists and their constant, nonsensical shrieking, don't you?

 

I'm guessing if the population density doesn't justify doing a "last mile" delivery financially, they chuck it off to the USPS.

Not that the USPS doesn't get paid for it but I'm sure they're not charging what a local monopoly really would in this situation.

 

Just two so far. Both not exactly known for being the sharpest knives in the drawer.

 

Looks like New York is starting to re-open Friday. It is going to be done on a regional basis, so some parts of the state will open before others. Gov. Cuomo is announcing how it will work, with things opening in phases and only once set criteria are met. There also going to be regional councils in charge of monitoring the re-opening.

He is also talking about states re-opening too quickly or failing to follow the CDC guidelines. I assume he is talking about the guidelines that President Trump tried to stifle, but they were leaked anyway.

 

COVID 19 in White House, while telling others to “go back to normal”; are we simply playing out a Monty Python episode? Or did Michael move from Scranton to 1600?

You know, even when Reagan or Bush 41 or 43 gave briefings in the midst of some crises, I listened and appreciated the words of comfort even though I voted against them. I respected the office of President.

If the present clown just did a briefing like them, I would show the same respect. But it’s so narcissistic it’s sickening. WAKE UP AMERICA!!

 

Then it’ll be great seeing the armed forces (Army/National Guard/whoever) escorting his ass out.
