President Trump to claim 'absolute immunity' from subpoenas in Supreme Court appeal

If the Supreme Court has brain one, they will turn this down, because what's to stop a Democratic President from claiming immunity from Supreme Court orders and following it up by arresting the Justices he doesn't like?

 

The law seems clear. Yet, I have no faith SCOTUS will rule against Trump. Hope I’m wrong.

Trump and his gang have gotten away with crime after crime with no consequences.

 

We're about to find out if the SCOTUS conservatives will support separation of powers and the rule of law.

They'll probably punt.

 

If they're smart, the D's will go big. This isn't going to be bipartisan. Be generous and slap the bill in McConnell's desk. He can ignore it, but the leaner small businesses and out of work people get the more the R's will feel the heat from their constituents.
