Thoroughly agree. We have a primary on Tuesday and despite a few interesting races - it's not exactly setting records. And we vote by mail here - the state even provides postage.
But sure - go ahead and post another irate Facebook message, shame a non-mask wearer, - if people don't think elections matter at this point, or don't respect those who have protected that right, those who exercised their right at risk of their health or safety or don't even mind that there are people actively discouraging you from voting, purging people from the rolls, or making it as difficult as possible for you to vote, who spend millions of dollars to win an election and ensure a result that makes those millions into billions - I got nothing for you.

    Klobuchar is uninspiring.

Duckworth is a woman of color with a remarkable background, who is poised and creative - she hid a phone in her prosthetic leg during the Sandy Hook gun control sit-in led by Sen. Chris Murphy so Democrats could document the process on social media.

She's not progressive, but she's not a moderate, either. She's in-between, making her a logical bridge between the centrist core of the party like Biden and Pelosi and the rabble rousers on the left like Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez.

She's been my sleeper pick from the start.

How soon does Rush start bellowing about a birth certificate?

I'm not totally up on her history. I heard her dad was a U.S. Army veteran and worked for the UN or something. I guess he was stationed in Thailand when she was born.
The Trumpanzees will go nuts with natural born U.S. citizen angle.

Donald Trump wasted the first two months of 2020 downplaying the coronavirus pandemic. He wasted March and April with his pointless on-camera briefings. He's going to waste more and along the way X number of American lives will have been wasted too.

Most voters in 2016 knew Donald Trump would be a disaster as president. What more proof do you need? Vote Democratic. You can't afford not to.

Bush, McCain, Dole, Romney all would have been totally competent in all of this.

Romney's core competency in public service was emergency management. Do you mean Bush 41? Agreed. Katrina argues strongly against Bush 43.

I like Harris, but I wouldn't be opposed to Duckworth. Plus, American hero. Also, I really like Klobuchar, but I think a white, midwestern woman would be a terrible choice no matter what her name is.

"President Trump? (Slaps him) I just found out, that a man got killed months ago and you knew it! You knew there was a virus out there! You knew it was dangerous! But you let people go shopping anyway? You knew all those things! But still our people are dead now. And there's nothing you can do about it. 88,000 dead. I wanted you to know that."

Her father worked for the UN and his lineage goes back to the Revolutionary War.

43 was willing to delegate... probably too much, but better than this shitshow.

All of the ex-Presidents — no matter the party — have a kinship with one another. It’s going to be wild to watch as they refuse to include him
