    So the Open, while canceled this year, has bunkers raked by non-caddies. But the PGA Tour couldn't have this done? Nor have 18 individuals tend to flags on each hole. Like their "salute to the military" on certain holes? 36 extra people -- one for bunkers, one for tending the flag -- couldn't be done?

    Agree. Having the caddies wipe down flagsticks and rakes won't help the pace of play either.

    Bring out some college golfers from the town they're playing in to follow each group to rake the bunkers, and bring out some high school golfers to wipe down the flagsticks and put them back in the hole after they finish.

    Nice to see ... they all hit their approach shots at 1 and 2 in about 90 seconds. Right about now, Ben Crane is switching channels.
