He could play golf until 10 p.m. in Fairbanks.

 

To that I can say with no irony, "Happy Memorial Day!"

 

No Memorial Day thread. That was a thing here, once.

 

I played miniature golf in Fairbanks after midnight in mid-June. It was awesome. Felt like early evening.

It is all about blame. Trump demands an immediate answer as to whether the convention can take place as planned. Obviously, no sane government can give the answer that it will. So Trump gets what he wants by being able to blame the Democrat governor/mayor and saying that it is politically motivated.

 

Don't overthink it. It's just a tantrum. He thinks he's losing the election right now and so has gone further off his nut than usual. I'm sure someone in or advising his campaign, maybe Karl Rove, has gently pointed out what a disaster it'd be for Trump if any delegates to the convention came down with the virus.

 

More bullshit distractions. Never fails.
