I don't think we need it explained. Or rationalized.

I don't think anarchists are randos looking for a good time. Some of them are right-wing racists. Some of them aren't.

My hunch is, in Minny, it runs the political spectrum. I'm not letting the far left off the hook right now because of a couple sentences in a tweet. I'm guessing it's a little bit of everything.

You wouldn't let the far left off the hook for anything ever. I'm surprised you didn't claim Dylann Roof was a leftist.

The events in mn show how fragile our society is in reality.

But hey, talk is we're going to be beefing up the nuke stockpile!

Nothing's impossible of course, but IMO this is the best guess.

While I understand the psychology of riots - and have said as much on here, years ago - understand that the explanation is not for you. Neither are almost all of the social media posts you read. The explanations and posts are for the speaker's own display of expiation and piety.

    That's insane.

And I don't know if we're just seeing it more but Oregon was example four or five of this happening of someone in a car hitting people in the protest and fleeing. Bakersfield (though Kern County California really is full of people who wish they lived in Texas), San Jose, Denver and Portland. Not sure if I'm missing one.

I wouldn’t put it past Proud Boys closet cases to travel to Minneapolis in an attempt to make the Democratic leaders look bad. These assholes think they’re helping, like Harvey Updyke did.

Here’s the point that law enforcement needs to think through,

someone already handcuffed says he can’t breathe, IF you take your pressure what is the worst case scenario? He runs off? He’s unarmed and can’t make a credible threat to anyone’s safety,

IF YOU DONT , he/she dies.
Why are we even at this point where this conduct continues? Only remedy is jail and $$ which is never enough. Yeah there’s something to protest. (Not condoning looting and burning)

So what action is acceptable to you? It has to be one that hasn't been tried already and ignored?

I'm not advocating for the violence. I just want to understand what can people do to get your attention and effect change (immediate change, not hope and change).
