What I want to start reading now are accounts of people who are getting it in June is how they got it.

My family goes out shopping with masks, we talk to people outdoors, but we are not having extended contact with people with symptoms. Are people being hospitalized doing what I’m doing, or can they pinpoint where they got it from and when?

If I got COVID tomorrow, I couldn’t pinpoint where I got it from.

Hell, you may have had it and never knew it (unless you did the antibody thingy).

But I would have gotten it from a person with symptoms if that WHO study is correct. Or very likely gotten it.

I guess a lot depends on how visible symptoms are to someone else.

    Fever or chills (not visible)
    Cough (visible)
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing (may not be visible)
    Fatigue (not visible)
Muscle or body aches (not visible)
    Headache (not visible)
New loss of taste or smell (not visible)
    Sore throat (not visible)
    Congestion or runny nose (visible)

But those symptoms would be visible, or obvious, to the person with them.

The message was certainly a messy one. Wear your mask, keep two metres apart, etc., etc. Carry on.

Real time dissection of a killer virus that has the world in its grips. It's going to be messy for a long time.

Thank goodness. I was worried that too much good news might anger the virus into revenge.

But he could still shrug them off, as people tend to do, and interact with others.

You would think NOW people wouldn't be doing that. But who knows?

I'd be curious where the surge is worst in Arizona. A huge part of the Navajo Nation is located in the northeast part of the state, and we all know that the rez has been hit particularly hard by this. Is there a surge of cases in the two big metro areas?
