I think one of the biggest pushbacks is what constitutes a "bad cop." Is it any complaint? The problem there is people do file baseless complaints (to what rate I don't know). You rack up a few "he talked meanly to me" and all of a sudden there's a flag that you have too many complaints.

Of course I say that knowing full well a lot of inaucuous complaints might prove a pattern but I think that's where departments might balk.

 

This is why Trumpists will not lose Georgia. No matter what polls say today or on Nov. 3.

You know, it's funny how when there are problems with the voting machines, a lack of provisional ballots, voters standing in line for four to six hours to vote, it always seems to happen in Democratic or minority districts.
