Dems can easily counter this, although they're generally too timid to do so. All Dems have to do is tell Republicans, "Either you tell him to get the fuck out, or we will remind you of this every single fucking day for the next 150 years."

 

These past three weeks are remarkable. Books will be written about them. College classes (should universities still exist) will be taught about them...the “sudden” return of COVID, the Floyd murder, the riots about the Floyd murder, the Trump Presser turned photo-op, which lead to protests unseen since Nam, to the President saying a 72-year=old police assault victim deserved it, to the defunding of police departments...and of course enormous unemployment numbers being trumpeted as “great” and it all wrapped up in a Wall Street Bounce Bow. Insanity doesn’t begin to describe it. But someone needs to start feeding Ken Burns HGH because we need his 21-part series recapping each day, coming to PBS in 2042.
