Depends on election results.

 

1) Reminding states that very few are ready to open under the guidelines that their own government has published.
2) Using the power of the federal government to facilitate testing. Trump has abdicated.
3) Calling out states that are clearly cooking the books.
4) Reminding us all that this thing isn’t over.
