    Truthfully, I’d say like so much of this other stuff: 98.6% of them don’t think about it one way or another. They have better things to do in their daily lives than clutch pearls about the name of some helicopter.

    Would love to know the locations of the "less than a dozen stores" in which this practice took place. At least a couple appear to be in the Denver area. This is an opportunity for crowd-sourcing. People who have experienced this practice should point out store location and number if possible and we'll see if the corporate statement seems feasible. There would probably be a large margin of error, but still ...
