No. It is not a very good point. These are the same people who go into WM without them. The people who pile into Home Depot and Academy without them. The ones who were the first to get haircuts and back into restaurants. The ones who stroll the mall without them and anxiously await casinos reopening.

Then you'd agree it's a major public health threat?

But they were outdoors when you were among them. I think it is important to enjoy fresh air, as Mr. Azrael’s scientist explained.

However, I did not know you had seen these individuals at the barber’s shop when it opened.

It's a shitty menu at a shitty gas station restaurant on a long shitty highway. You want something else from somewhere else, but you are hours away from another stop.

I've also heard kids going two days in a row in cohorts with distance learning on the off days with the possibility of going alternate Fridays. It's at least something to get kids back into school.

The upside to going every other day or at least partial week is parents can coordinate with their jobs better or coordinate with child care better. If going to school one week and not the next puts parents in a lurch to need a full week of accommodations.

Anecdotal information indicates that not only are many people in the chaz wearing masks, there is ample evidence of them using sanitizer. That's far more than they were doing in that bar in Missouria probably many of the other memorial day festivities that seem to have caused a spike in the cases.

I haven't paid any attention to it, other than Googling it after your first reference to it. Are they wearing masks? Trying to social distance? Washing hands? I don't know, so I'm not going to call it a "major public health threat." But I do know that I wouldn't hang out with a bunch of strangers in close proximity during a pandemic.

But, hey, maybe they read that report Az linked. I've heard it might be a very good point.

I'm hard pressed to come up with two EASIER places to stay 20 feet away from anyone with only the slightest effort.

Signing up as Don Draper would’ve been too close to home, I guess. We all have extra time on our hands. Many find something more productive to do than this.
