Is it possible we can conduct contact tracing on the thousands at the Tulsa rally so we know exactly how far and wide the virus is spread from a single event? Is that a county or state function?

 

I would think the campaign would know the names of the people awarded tickets, but the city or county would have to find the gumption to ask for them and the campaign would have to hand them over. Then the city/county would have to follow up. None of these is likely to occur because, as we know, the Wuhan Virus is a giant libruhl hoax.

The biggest problem is this -- tickets are free and it's all about who gets there first. They've had over 300,000 people register for them (according to them so they can play it up) so you would have no clue which 20,000 got in and who got left out.

 

Maybe tag them like salmon or trout?
