Incredibly disappointing. NYC has suffered and is making real progress. Shit like this is bad.

I get cabin fever. Sacrificing is no fun. But people who live in the hardest-hit place in the world need to be more vigilant.

    It's fine. They're outdoors.

And according to message board-certified epidemiologists like Clay Travis, not only is C19 guaranteed untransmittable once you step out of the house, it adds shine and bounce to your hair; improves your gas mileage by up to 50%; writes your kid's college application essays and eFiles your state and federal taxes.

Why, the death rate from C19 in Switzerland - much of which is outdoors - is laughable. Laughable!

With everything we did, all those extraordinary things we did, those are the numbers.

Again, with extraordinary measures taken. It didn't just flow through the society as a whole and take 100 000 people. It did that while we were trying, on purpose, with great effort, like we never have in our lifetime, to avoid it.

Nothing personal but I don't get why people dont take that into account when they assess the situation.

Sweden bet big on its covid strategy and lost.

That was with a competent federal government running the show.

Not a maniac with a ferret on his head running around and urging people to inject household disinfectants.

According to who? Are they regretting their stance?

Sweden has 110% of the population of New Jersey and 35% of the deaths.
Sweden has 140% of the population of Massachusetts and 64% of the deaths.
Sweden has 15% of the population of the United Kingdom and 11.5% of the deaths.
And Sweden didn't kill its economy.

And Sweden has no incentive to create utter misery until Nov. 4.
