Let me just say I laughed so hard at Rafael Cruz's asinine wrestling challenge that it has already made my day.

I’ve been thinking about that West Point shuffling fiasco combined with the church visit disaster and it’s evident he has zero advance team. I mean, really, no one showed up at West Point and did a walk through and realized, “shit, he can’t walk this ramp! Let’s move it to the back of the stage or let’s extend it...” Makes me think his Tulsa and beyond trips could very well end up with him getting infected (pipe dream, I know) or his actually being offed (god forbid) by someone who is better at planning than the Trump Admin is.

It's getting late early when a sitting GOP President needs to go on Savage. I remember when HW Bush made his first appearance on Limbaugh's show a few days before losing to Clinton.

If Trump loses - do you think the Feds should "re-open the case(s)" against him or do you imagine there will be so much more pressing business that people just let it go? Me? I'd encourage the Senate and House Rs to lead the charge if they are really interested in distancing themselves from his Presidency.

His supporters in Congress won't do that, because they fear what would come out about what they knew and when they knew it. If anything, I suspect the state AGs will go after him/them.

Could be either one. But it seems to me that the older members of the Republican base are pulling back from this president. There were a lot of Republican pols that voiced the idea that if old people die from this virus it's not that big a deal. I socialize with some people in their 70s and 80s in my neighborhood, and they are playing this very close to the vest. They have radically altered their lives, they're not going out, when they're with people they make sure to keep a 10-ft buffer. They are seeing the way the administration is handled this and the way it is not valued their lives.
