WASHINGTON — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is revoking its emergency authorization for malaria drugs promoted by President Donald Trump for treating COVID-19 amid growing evidence they don’t work and could cause deadly side effects.
The agency said Monday that the drugs hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine are unlikely to be effective in treating the coronavirus. Citing reports of heart complications, the FDA said the drugs pose a greater risk to patients than any potential benefits.

 

When looking at sites that sell trump merchandise, especially MAGA, re-election and campaign type products look at the bottom of the ad. It appears the proceeds are not campaign contributions but are a for profit business. You may think your are buying trump campaign paraphernalia from the re-election campaign. But trump is probably making more money from this than he is from any of his golf courses

 

The funniest part is the people selling MAGA crap alongside the road. You know that stuff is bootleg as it comes, and Greedy Donnie isn't making a cent from it. If he knew that people were doing that, he'd lose what little mind he has.

 

I wouldn't think that the optics/mechanics of an event are the responsibility of the USSS, but instead are under the control of the Trump SS and then vetted by the USSS strictly for security issues. But maybe not?

For a simple in and out visit to a government or other building, the advance agent will most likely spend a week at that location. Every aspect of the building is studied, including the structure, year the building was built, elevators, electrical systems, fire alarms, etc…nothing is left to chance.
