He thinks a test always equals a case. He said that at one of his pathetic April news conferences. Until he is corrected on that fallacy he'll never understand.

Can’t imagine sending my kid to an overnight camp. Talk about germ factories

There are some people who have said overnight camp may be a good idea this summer because all the young kids can be together, in a shelter situation, and most likely be fine even if they get COVID 19. It could be a safer “experiment” prior to school. This is just an interview I listened to.

Just got my latest A1C draw after going thru coronavirus protocols at the local hospital.

This was my first coronavirus head temperature.

Woman, 15 friends test positive for coronavirus after night out at Lynch’s

“I think we were careless and we went out into a public place when we should not have. And we were not wearing masks. I think we had a whole 'Out of sight, out of mind' mentality. The state opens back up and said everybody was fine, so we took advantage of that,” Crisp said.

She said it's a lesson for everyone.

“We should be wearing masks. We should be social distancing,” Crisp said. “It was too soon to open everything back up.”

Interesting experience this morning. My wife is scheduled for a minor surgical procedure Friday, and was told to come in for Covid testing first. We were sent to UAB's drive through Corona testing center, which is set up in a parking lot. We were given a sheet of instructions, which included an FM frequency to tune to. Short form: Stay in the car, windows up. Masked people approach, ask for ID to be stuck in the side window at the top edge and leave it there. Her name was taken and paperwork pulled, stuck under windshield wiper. Slowly advance to lanes for screening. Lady holds up a sign with her phone number to call, and some basic screening questions asked, and she explains the procedure. We moved up to another station, where people in full PPE (previously simply in masks) confirm ID matches test papers, again explain what will happen, and ask that we turn off the A/C. At that point lab tech approaches and asks for her to roll down the window and sit on her hands while swabbed. Nasal swab inserted two to three inches and then rotated for a five count.

Very safe, very well organized. I was impressed.
