Always amused at how poorly the Admin uses language viz: a ban that's not a ban. LOL

Who do you think suggested he say that? You don’t think he came up with it himself, do you? That would mean having a thought about education other that a opening schools now so parents can get back to work.

Any time Trump reads a speech/statement, he's seeing it for the first time. So anybody in his administration has a real incentive to just stick any shit in there.

Saw a Trump commercial today. He tries to blame Biden for the erosion of the US manufacturing base since 2000.

Uh, who was president from 2000-08? Whose been president since 2016? And who was veep during the greatest expansion in the US economy in this century from 2009-16?

A sitting president with majorities in both houses for half of his term blaming someone from the minority party who has been a private citizen for the past three years for the current state of the economy. Only in Trumpland.

Would a vaccine that works and a DJIA at 30k be enough for Trump to be re-elected? The polling I'm seeing shows he's down in NC and Florida. If Biden wins those two, we can call it an early election night. Would unemployment need to be in the 6 percent range?

A working vaccine or an unemployment rate of 6-8% would be enough. You have to remember they control access to the polls and vote-counting operations in a large chunk of the country. They'll do whatever it takes.
