    I’m not black, but what’s wrong with this?

    It actually looks respectful and shows a minority in a professional manner.

    You don't have to be black. You need to know the history, which a lot of people don't today.

    The ads date back to the late 1800s, early 1990s, and were based on racist stereotypes --like Aunt Jemima, it goes back to minstrel shows that depicted black people as cartoon characters.
