It’s been interesting in Charleston this week. I’m sitting outside at a pub watching Premier League and masking up when I head inside to use the loo. No one else is. Don’t care if it makes me look weird. Gonna keep doing it. Reading the Charleston subreddit and there seems to be a very real fear from the restaurant workers here that everyone has just given up on social distancing and other precautions. Several restaurants have had to close after reopening because staffers tested positive. The beaches are mostly empty and I’m keeping my imbibing to patios for the most part. Did sit inside yesterday afternoon but the joint was mostly empty.
