Major General James Clinton served in the Revolutionary War and was co-leader of a critical campaign against the British and four nations of the Iroquois Confederacy who had allied themselves with England. The Sullivan Expedition shattered the Iroquois Confederacy and opened up upstate New York to further American settlement.

Seems insensitive at this juncture, but it’s kind to a confederacy and thumbs the eyes of nonwhites, so it’s peak Trump.

Aw, no way I'm watching that mess. I'm just looking forward to the looney quotes tomorrow morning.

    Very odd.
Last week's story on the primary did name him and said he got 21% of the vote to her 41%.
The new one doesn't name him, and it doesn't specify her margin. It doesn't name the office until the end, when it refers to "Congress." You can infer throughout the story that she's running for the US House of Representatives because of the Trumpist leaders it quotes.

    Now this is fascinating.
You'd like to think the lawyers would warn their client about this. Maybe they did. And if they did, is their client so stupid that he'd order them to go through with it anyway?

That dipshit hasn’t driven himself anywhere since the Nixon administration.
