Europe gets tourists from all over the world, obviously. But Americans also represent a fairly big slice of this river of money.

What’s the “reporter” doing? Putting her thumb on the scale? (Yes.) Who is the “we” here? America?

It’s the same reporter who interviewed a Emory PHD back in the spring who cited two million deaths by the end of the fall.

I approve of the knowledge that deaths are headed down! “Drumpf” can suck a lemon!

She is pointing out something that poses danger to herself and to others.

I thought conservatives were supposed to be risk-averse. Can anyone explain when or how or why that changed?

What’s more, the increase in coronavirus cases matters only if they are going up faster than expected, and whether this is resulting in a second wave of deaths.

In other words, these clowns seem to think if it doesn't kill you, it doesn't matter. At this stage of the game, it's absurd to make definitive claim like that. There is evidence in hand that suggests long-term damage is possible.

The emerging long-term complications of Covid-19, explained

If that's not enough for you, the piece says only 37 people died in Georgia last week. The actual count was roughly 190. Nice attention to detail there.

Daily deaths (and deaths per 100K of population) have declined 67% since the mid-April peak. What lie is that fact perpetuating?

The reporter probably doesn’t know and certainly doesn’t care. Why are we doing this? Shut it down!

The start of everything surprised old people who thought flu season was over and vulnerable people who didn't know they were.

I'm sure most of those groups are still keeping their heads down tightly. Ergo, less deaths, But the more this thing spreads, their odds get worse.

She's tweeting out a link to an opinion piece she wrote suggesting it's foolhardy to play Major League Baseball this year.
