Take it for what it's worth because we all have our opinions on Nate Silver and especially how he's reported on this (he still gives his daily reports, though). He has generally been positive especially for a while and saying media overblows things. This is the first time in a long time I have not seen him positive on the numbers.

Main points regardless of where it comes from, everything is up. Even accounting for testing increases.
