Between the thousands of coronavirus deaths and the scores of Afghanistan combat deaths, while it's problematic to determine individual cases directly due to Fatfuck's actions (or inactions), it's becoming more and more obvious the overall number is very substantial.

Its profits were $11 billion. It got tax benefits from from carryforward losses from years when the company was not profitable, massive investments in R&D and stock-based employee compensation.

All this investment means jobs, which means employees, which means more people paying taxes. So it's not like the government is getting screwed.

And they've paid $2.6 billion in corporate tax over the past three years. Why on earth should companies pay a corporate tax AND a federal income tax?

Even if he was briefed, it's unlikely Trump remembers it, or paid attention. He puts more faith in Faux News and OAN then government briefers.

Nothing important going on, so Trump goes nickname shopping.

    What if...

Trumps resigns. Says something about health. Can Pence and Tim Scott beat Biden?

What a question. My fear is yes.
What about Scott at the top of the ticket and Haley as VP?
The Lincoln Project and Republicans for Trump immediately fold up shop and throw their money behind the GOP ticket. I will thank them for their service.

    How about "future President Biden?"

It can't be Scott and Hailey because they're from the same state. I don't think Pence beats Trump - but any Republican with some distance from Trump would have a shot against Biden, though I'm not sure how Trumpers would respond.

I just don’t get it. My tv has been bombarded with trump ads all day. Why are they wasting money in New Jersey? The only thing I can think of was he was supposed to be in bedminster and wants to see his ads, and his people didn’t cancel when he switched.
    Anyone else?

    Good point on Scott-Haley.
Scott and Liz Cheney? Racial, gender and geographic balance.
