There will be a tell on that move: A sudden issuance of a raft of pardons.

 

I think it's odd that a company that has paid $2.6 billion in corporate taxes is constantly thought of as one that "doesn't pay taxes."

It's the same stupid argument the Deplorables use when they accuse the poor of "not paying taxes." Of course they, and you, as it pertains to Amazon, are referring to "federal income taxes." But the poor, as well as Amazon, pay a ton of taxes outside of the narrow scope of "federal income taxes."

Liberals criticize Amazon (and its ilk) for not paying taxes.
Deplorables criticize the poor for not paying taxes.
Both are way off base.

 

A reminder that something awful happened two years ago today.
It's a high holiday for Trumpists for two reasons: goddamned libruhl journalists were killed and they were killed with a gun.

The only people who are getting pardons are named Trump, and there may be fewer of them than they think.

One of Fatfuck's signature moves is to utterly abandon even his most subservient bag-lickers, as a final gesture to prove that Fatfuck owes nothing to anybody, ever.

He'll pardon himself, 100% -- as a final "fuck your feelings" to the whole world.

And Barr, Mnuchin and DeVos. Fatfuck will giggle with glee as they're hauled off in shackles, weeping, "Mr. Trump said not to worry!!"

Stephen Miller will meet a very different end. He's the kind of snake who will spend the rest of his life trying to "collect" what he thinks he's owed. A lot of people will want absolutely no part of having a fucker like that hanging around waiting for revenge. So somebody will call somebody to solve the problem.
