What is the relative threat level? Are the damned libruhls (not pictured) carrying guns? If not, the Trumpist Cardinal fans should go back in their house and relax until the damned libruhls suggest they can create a legitimate threat on the physical structure of the house.

Let's deal with what we can see; NO ONE was beyond the sidewalk and NO ONE was brandishing any type of weapon and they were not under any threat of imminent harm, yet they were actively pointing deadly weapons at those in public.

365 days of the year, 24/7, that was an assault with a deadly weapon in California and in my criminal law class.

Yet, hey police officers are free to shoot and KILL someone running at them with a butter knife (look it up, happened in SF, CA within past 5 yrs.)

But hey, our country's got no institutional racism problem.
