    Didn’t we begin a Transition to Greatness weeks ago?
    Of course we did. The only reason that footbawwwwl is imperiled is the libruhl media’s temerity to question the wisdom of the game’s return.

    Oh, you can vote as you want, since they don't count them. The results were announced like about when the polls opened and a long time before they closed. As Irkutsk goes, so goes the nation.

    The real story is that he conceded, likely after a threat from Graham based on the Russia murder for hire stuff.

    Hope there's audio of that conversation.

    Of course, there were 14 proposed amendments in the Russian constitutional referendum, several of which are very important to the citizens. Among them:

    • Persons who hold "important positions for ensuring the country's security" (President, Ministers, judges, heads of regions) should not have foreign citizenship or a residence permit in other countries, either at the time of their work in office or, in the case of the President, at any time before;
    • A presidential candidate must live in Russia for at least 25 years (currently 10 years);
    • The minimum wage cannot be lower than the subsistence minimum;
    • Regular indexation of pensions
    But read Western media, and you'd think the referendum simply said:
    "Can Vladimir Putin be president for life?"
