Once you've decided to break the "large crowds gathering" rule to have some kind of picnic/party where eating and talking are kind of the reason for being there . . . masks are by definition not going to attend.

Just imagine if a vaccine is approved after Election Day if Trump loses. He will rail against it and tell his followers that it’s all a hoax and that it was held back because the Deep State wanted him to lose. And people will not be vaccinated.

And the MAGA rubes will be like: "I knew it! Them national parks bureaucrats over at Interior has always been in charge of vaccines and whatnot. Got a Ebola virus right there in the desk under the Pizzagate evidence."

I think something like 70% of the population has to be vaccinated in order for it to have an impact. Trumpists will ensure that threshold can't be met because their chief allegiance is to Trump rather than their fellow Americans or their fellow humans.

If you get vaccinated, it has an impact on you. You become immune. Let them get immunity the hard way if they want it.

Whether a coronavirus case is "known" or "confirmed" or whatnot - it's still a coronavirus case. I'm surprised someone hasn't explained this to him yet.
