The same way his voters are going to get sick and die if they attend his pep rallies?

The MEAC canceled its football and other fall sports seasons today. Thus ends Florida A&M's and Bethune-Cookman's time as football members of the conference.

I weep because I have to deal with people unable to comprehend the difference between suspend and cancel while working from home because I'm in isolation after being in direct contact with my 80 year old mom who's in the hospital after testing positive for the virus...Sorry Batman, long day. First round's on me when we get through this....

The FCS CAA has suspended the 2020 football season. Investigating the possibility of spring football. The Atlantic-10 also suspended all fall sports, again with the possibility of playing in the spring.

That's four FCS leagues out of 14 that have pulled the plug by my count.
Spring football at that level wouldn't have the same degree of NFL draft-related attrition as the FBS schools would experience, but playing two seasons in relatively quick succession might be a really big problem because they have fewer scholarship recipients.

Also in the FCS, the Big Sky Conference has moved its virtual media days to July 23-24 and will conduct it via free OTT Internet video provider Pluto TV, which is open to anybody who wants to download the app. The Big Sky has been airing games on Pluto TV for several years.

Big Sky Football Virtual Kickoff Moved Up to July 23-24

The original date announced at the beginning of the month was July 28-29.

This feels like another round of Kick The Can — or perhaps they expect something bigger to be announced the week of July 27.

Division II Northeast 10 threw in the towel today. Division II SWAC will do so on Monday.
