MLB season delayed

    You'd think they need a home base so they are not living out of hotels all season and players with wives and kids will be able to see them occasionally. I imagine they all had living arrangements set in Toronto.

    Guessing they would prefer them to play in the Eastern time zone, but maybe not.

    Apparently they won't be living in Toronto this season, or if they are , they won't be coming back.

    So with less than 48 hours to go until most teams play "real" games, one of 30 MLB teams has no place to play. It's all going so well.

    With it's top two starting pitchers out, Kansas City will start 2018 first-round draft choice Brady Singer Saturday at Cleveland.

    Little bit of trivia here.
    The only two remaining charter franchises in the National League are the Cubs and Braves. Because of MLB's reworked schedule, where teams will only play those in their division and the opposite league's matching division, the 2020 season will be the first since 1876 that they have not played a game against each other.

    And, since Creighton plays there, they wouldn't even have to change some of the signage. I like it.

    Players are resisting Florida because it's a hot spot. So .... go to Florida or go to Buffalo. Choose one. Or play it all on the road.
