Angelos did his best to F with the Nationals and the TV deal for years. He's getting what he deserves there.

But we do agree on the quarantine

fuck the orioles and angelos. That blackmail to form MASN and screw the Nationals was straight fro angelos. He’s lied and stolen and skimmed from MASN. The cheapest RSN, weak production values and shit programming. Orioles are an after thought of a franchise. Haven’t had a home World Series game since 1983 and they won’t sniff one for a decade.

I know he's an interim crew chief and would start on the plate -- but they put him on THIS GAME, the very first game back? MLB really is trying to get that lawsuit thrown out.

Found this from a month ago:

What happens if a player tests positive for COVID-19?
Any player who tests positive will not be allowed to return until he tests negative twice.

The Q&A has no reference to quarantining. So they're not going back on any stated policy. I think every one of these positive cases does present an opportunity -- a mandate, really -- for MLB to tweet out the policies.

COVID 19 is an airborne disease. I am more concerned regarding clubhouse air than high fives.

What is it? Some of us are sitting here waiting for Kansas Speedway to have a Big One.

Once the game started, the weirdness went away for me, mostly. It was fun to watch a baseball game. So, of course it’s delayed.

As for Soto/positive tests, I *think* the idea is that a positive test doesn’t mean shutdown/quarantine. Same as NBA, the player is out until two negative tests. They play on because of rolling testing.

Not sure that’s the best idea, but that’s how it’s supposed to work.

There are going to be positive tests as long as they play. It’s an outbreak that shuts things down.
