Is it any mystery that the wealthy are also the most likely to exploit (and abuse) the underage girls? They think the rules don't apply to them, just like every other class of the powerful, entitled. Its despicable. Look at the double standards, if someone poor is even arrested, "they must be guilty" their lives are upended, where's the money for bail? a defense lawyer? If someone rich/entitled is arrested, the president says "she's a fine person and I hope she's great."

ADD: I looked up extradition laws and it's weird that Egypt inherited the Ottoman Empire agreement and not Turkey.
