I await the wave of resignations from Fox News on the same basis.

It's the job of journalists to inform, not to teach and inform. MSNBC wasn't your problem. Your notion that the unwashed masses need you to teach them not to be stupid (and yes, most people are stupid) is your problem. Do the inform part. If your aim is to change the world or guide people to the light (as you see it), then go to Mother Jones or some other place and preach to the choir to your heart's content.

Show me actual riots. Not people on the fringe breaking windows and looting, for which of course there should have been arrests. But we've all seen video of police ignoring looters, haven't we? Show me out-of-control riots. The night they burnt the Minneapolis police precinct absolutely. Portland at the federal building, yes. But I maintain that the amount of peaceful protests was much greater than 'riots.' And much of the violence that I actually saw came as the police escalated.

The world is ending. Canceling a cute movie like Kindergarten Cop. Is there one 'sane' person in America that sees ANY HARM in watching Kindergarten Cop? Hmmm ... Fast Times at Ridgmont High? Very funny but as I recall were there any Black characters in that movie? That movie made a lot of stars like Sean Penn. Cancel it. Could have and should have had minority characters as well to build their careers, too. Pee Wee's Big Adventure? Mocking those who have a disability (being grown up but acting like a child forever). Cmon. We could cancel almost everything based on either percentage of minorities in the book/film. Canceling a movie because a cop is nice??? You think there aren't good cops out there? I know people who have had lives saved by cops. Not all cops are bad, cancel culture.
