March Madness was nuked when this was all starting. Now the disease is raging and people think football can happen?

 

I think I’d hold off on announcing an opt out right about now. The conferences may soon relieve all players of that burden.

 

I think every P5 President and AD should send a gift basket to Northern Illinois. The NIU President, an actual specialist in infectious diseases, just took the heat off everybody. Imagine how hacked off Clay Trumpist and his klan are that they can’t blame the libruhls of the PAC 12.

 

Guys like Twyman and Rousseau are hiring agents and preparing for the Draft, so no need to wait because moving the season to spring isn't going to do anything for their situations.

This would make a ton of sense ...

 

Deep down, they all have to feel a sense of relief if the plug is pulled. Going ahead means the logistical nightmare of testing, the certainty of positives, the probability of campus-wide outbreaks and the possibility of serious illnesses for at least a few teams.
