    I forget where I read it but one of the scribes said the PGA Championship should carve out a niche by playing public-access courses every year. Totally agree. Bedminster ... JFC.

    Speaking of Tiger and Trump.

    In the six tourneys before this momentous event shown above, Tiger averaged a 13th place finish and no cuts, and of course won the Masters.

    Since?

    He's averaged a 28th-place finish (including a win at the "ZOZO Championship,") had two cuts and one withdrawal, and has pretty much been a non-factor in every tournament he's played.
