Great question! Everyone got the ones I knew so I looked it up. There was only one guy on the list I even recognized as an MLB guy and had no idea he had been in the nba.

Who are the only two players in MLB history to hit a home run in their first and last career at-bats?

I thought Alvis Woods was one of them, but while he hit one in his first at bat, he hit one in his second-last, not his last.

Interesting footnote when I checked on B-R; they were both pinch hits.

The rest are Frank Baumholtz, Johnny Gee, Steve Hamilton, Cotton Nash, Dick Ricketts and Howie Schultz.

    Following the theme:

Fewer than 70 athletes are known to have played in both Major League Baseball and the National Football League. This includes two Heisman Trophy winners and seven members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Can you name them?

Also, seven athletes have done so since 1970. Who are they?
