2019-2020 NHL season thread

That goal is the epitome of what happened to Colorado. It just went wrong.

The fourth goal was going to stay with whatever was called on the ice. No way you give it if the ref waived it off. I trust the ref saw it but I just don't know. That's a hard goal to give.

 

The replays on Sportsnet in the intermission were pretty conclusive.

I’m a double goalie dad and not a fan of whacking like that.

The Hockey Diversity Alliance has asked the NHL to not play games tonight. I don’t think there is a chance that happens.

Edit: it’s looking like I should never underestimate my capacity to be wrong.

 

Dallas knew what time their game started, right?

 

I know it's a little thing, but c'mon NHL -- announce when Game 7 for the Stars-Avalanche might be. Are you going to wait until 1 a.m. when the Vegas-Vancouver series ends? Just say if it's a single game the time is X and if they both play Thursday the times are Y and Z. This isn't hard

 

Flyers-Isles was terrific. Between Laughton's filth to tie it and the great pass to set up Provorov winner, that was a lot of fun.

I can't believe I was rooting for Philly but Anders Lee can suck a chub forever. Fuck that guy.

 

Two games seven tomorrow, same rink. Full day for the NBC and HNIC crews in Edmonton.

 

It's gonna be fun.
