    Good call.
NYY sent him to the south side in December of 1985. White Sox sent him back before the 1986 season began. Yanks traded him back to the Sox in July of 1986.

Rickey Henderson was on the A's four times, but they only traded him away twice

Ah ok, for some reason I thought it was even more often than that.

Wasn’t he on every team four times?

GM Randy Smith had an unhealthy obsession with Brad Ausmus. Mike Ilitch had no idea Randy Smith was an idiot until they finally flirted with 120 losses. Of course, Chris Ilitch apparently thinks Al Aliva is just fine and dandy, too, after 300-plus losses in the past three seasons.

Radar Gun Randy traded for Ausmus from San Diego in June of 1996. Traded him to the Astros in December of 1996. Traded for him from the Astros in January of 1999. Traded him back to the Astros in December 2000. (Nothing to do with being Tal Smith's son, I'm certain.)

And of course, then Ausmus wound up managing a $200 million roster into a .486 winning percentage after four pitiful seasons, including getting swept by the Orioles in his only postseason.

Looking up Bobo Newsom since he is the definition of “well-traveled”, he had FIVE separate stints with the Senators, three separate stints with the Browns, two separate stints apiece with the Athletics and Dodgers, and individual stints with the Cubs (pitched just one inning), Tigers, Red Sox, Yankees and Giants.

He was traded a total of five times, by four teams with the Senators trading him away twice.

I was a witness to the highlight of his biggest acquisition’s Tigers career
I was in the Comerica Park clubhouse the night Juan Gonzalez, after a couple of warning-track outs, was walking around yelling: “Horseshit ballpark. Horseshit ballpark.”
Thankfully he turned down Mike Ilitch’s eight-year, $148 million offer
Of the guys the Tigers traded, Francisco Cordero and Frank Catalanotto had good careers

That's Babe Hassey to Yankee fans, after a couple of bomb HRs in the Bronx.

Fucking Aroldis Chapman threw at the heads of three Rays batters in the ninth inning, one at 101 mph. Fuck the Yankees.
