Surprised it hasn't already. Probably trying to work out final details at a place.

If you think "substance" is yelling things at Ken Duke, then knock yourself out.

Good god man, it was a joke, and it was years before they became the podcast that they are. I don't think NLU ever tried to brand itself as a journalistic endeavor anyway. It's a podcast run by a bunch of self professed golf nerds that has evolved over the years.

I was in Vegas with a couple of clients pre-COVID and so had the expense account available. Shadow Creek was about $600 a head so just a tad above what would pass scrutiny so I went to Cascata instead (only $350-400 I think). Still a great time out. One of these days I'll make it to Shadow Creek (I'm at the $25 tables, hoping to just push at Pai Gow Poker and sip whiskey over)

Not a follower of golf. MLB NBA Tennis are all heavily invested in promoting the BLM message and taking a very public affirmative stand against racism, police brutality
and kneeling for the anthem. Even NASCAR took a stand banning confederate flags and taking Wallace’s side early and consistently. The NFL is mouthing it’s support of the players’ politics, though cocksucking scumbag owners like Jeruh and Snyder were on record against the players ‘ politics.

is the golf tour taking a stand or are they quietly supporting the fascist-Trump position ?

I wouldn't make that leap, but when play was scheduled to begin last Thursday at a site 100 miles from Kenosha, while two major sports leagues completely stopped play and another had several teams opt out of playing ... well, the Tour just kept going.

Kinda sorta. They want the winner of the last event to win the whole jackpot. I get it. It's manufactured. Will wait for hondo to come here and say it's the greatest thing since Tom Watson chipped in on 17 at Pebble.

I’ve enjoyed watching the season and I appreciate how they’ve taken big steps to not exacerbate the pandemic but I have to admit given the state of the economy and everything that’s going on, a $10 million check paid out to the winner is troublesome.

    Especially when it's 15 million.
