I noticed the new hair in the previews.

Or, they just lost their first game on the road to a legitimate Super Bowl contender. Their next four games are Charmin-level soft (Carolina, at Denver, Chargers, at Chicago) so let's re-evaluate this in Week 5.

It was different when Elway did it.

This. I always thought the Bucs were more of a 9-7 to 11-5 kind of team, so them losing to the Saints doesn't really change my opinion of them. If they had gotten stomped, or if a bunch of players got injured, sure, that's a reason to reevaluate. They went 7-9 last year, and adding Brady and Gronk is more of a swing of 1 to 3 wins in my mind, not turning them into a legit Super Bowl contender.

To me, it wasn’t the yellow or the blue. It was the unadorned white. The uniforms looked like practice gear that you wouldn’t waste a bunch of money decorating because you only use it at practice. If they had worn either the blue pants or the yellow pants, they’d have looked a lot better. The white pants with the pale yellow stripe … like I said, practice gear. That shade of yellow doesn’t work as a highlight color on white because it’s so close to being the same yellow as a highlighter pen.

    Here’s the yellow pants:

That with the blue socks fills in a lot better than the white pants, and gives much better contrast. The blue pants would also work with the white jerseys (basically flip the colors in the picture above).

Not sure what Nike’s design team was thinking with those white pants at all. I could see adding a blue stripe with the yellow (again, flip the colors in the above photo) and wearing them with the blue shirts, but that’s the only way I’d utilize them.

Exactly. I don't know if they'll dethrone the Saints in that division, but just cutting down from Jameis' 30 interceptions to 10 or 12 for Brady should be enough to take them from 7-9 to 10-6, especially considering they lost six games by seven points or less last season. That's a solid wild card team.

I thought the NFC South was going to be the best division in the league this year. Now, I think it could be the NFC West. Brady and Gronk are older, and sure you can take away Winston's 30 picks, but you also won't get 33 TDs out of Brady this year. I think the Bucs were hoping for a "last years of Peyton" thing out of Brady, but I don't know if the rest of the team can carry him. And he was sacked three times. Shoot, Gronk two catches for three yards? Probably a bigger surprise than Brady's off game.

Brady's had 4 interceptions and three pick sixes in his last 3 football games.

The only thing getting better about Brady at this stage is his hair.

Not a fan of Nike’s designs for uniforms in either football or baseball. Either go full James Caan RollerBall or try something different

Honestly, it makes perfect sense that a team still coached by Gase is owned by a big time Trumper.
