I’d love to know how someone who has never tried a criminal case was elected state AG.

I look forward to the DOJ stepping in and filing civil rights charges...against the neighbors for having the nerve to allow their bodies to be wantonly endangered by blue clad heroes!

A tenant in the complex said he heard the police announce.

Taylor's boyfriend shot first and hit one of the cops in the thigh.

The grand jury absolved the two cops who shot into the apartment.

If I read the AG’s statement correctly, he said the shooting was justified. If that’s the finding, why charge anyone with anything? Or to put it the other way, if there are charges, how is the shooting justified?

Shooting back at Kenneth Walker was justified, says the AG. Shooting into the other apartments was not.
