    I am ignoring the picture you are babbling about.

    This is a fun series of commercials. It is Jean-Luc Picard and Luke Skywalker facing off in what looks like a set from Highlander, and they seem to be having a little fun with people's perceptions of the actors and that type of setting. That is the part that is relevant to this thread.

    I just read that the first episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation aired 33 years ago today. Man, I'm getting old.

    Because I was just a kid with no sense of time and TV other than cartoons, I often forget that TNG debuted before the 90s started. I don't feel as old as some, but it does put some things in perspective.
