The ESPN "story" I saw wasn't clear if he quit or was canned - which is kind of basic.

That's because no one has said yet.

    Oh the storylines for Lakers-Heat.

Out of all of them, and I don't really know why, I think it's great that Spoelstra is back in the Finals.

Watched this several times after Game 7. Can't believe it came true.

I can't think of anyone who makes nearly as much sense -- unless he wants the hell out to go somewhere like New Orleans.

Sam Cassell is probably next on the list.

I'm going with Cassell; should have the respect of the players and has served quite an apprenticeship.

Tyler Herro has a -39 on +/- halfway through the third quarter.

A bit deceptive, because he was one of the guys who played more because Butler and Bam were hurt with various injuries. But yeah, that game one was a turd from pretty much all angles by the Heat. If the Lakers' role players can consistently hit 3s, the Heat have no effing chance.

I've never been a Lakers fan, but it turns out that MAGAs hate LeBron, so I am good with the NBA Finals result.

    Welp.

Guess the next series I'll be really excited about is the 2021 WCF between LBJ+AD and Steph, Klay and Giannis.

    ;)
